How our Executive Coaching Programmes Work

Group work

All our coaching programmes are tailor-made to meet your needs and desired outcomes. One-to-one coaching is entirely confidential, and can only proceed with the agreement and commitment of the individual.

Programmes are likely to last for between five and ten individual sessions.

Your very first step is to start to consider whether coaching is the way forward for you. We’re happy to talk to you, to discuss the issues you face, and how coaching could help. Coaching requires a personal commitment, and only you know when you are ready.

Once you’ve made your decision, we move onto our four-stage process.

Stage One: Develop Formal Commitments

We establish exactly what you require. We can do this by phone or in a meeting. We’ll discuss the issues, agree timetables and finalise costs.

Stage Two: Gather Information and Create a Professional Development Plan

We’ll discuss issues in more depth, using interviews and assessment questionnaires. From this, and working closely with the client, we create a Professional Development Plan.

Stage One and Two together usually take between two and four weeks.

Stage Three: Coaching

Ongoing support as you work through the plan, with honest and open feedback throughout. This phase can include a mix of face-to-face sessions, telephone conversations, and e-mail exchanges. Most programmes will provide between five and ten main sessions.

Stage Four: Evaluation and Follow Up

We evaluate where you’ve got to, and help you to build the support structures you need in order to maintain the changes and to keep moving forward.
