EXECCOACH is pleased to announce that it has secured a contract to supply coaching, mentoring and leadership skills training to a leading firm of international accountants. The Execcoach team will work with the firm’s clients to deliver one to one coaching to senior executives. Many companies now believe that a senior executive that works better can have a huge positive effect on his or her company. EXECCOACH will work closely with these executives to maximise their potential .

Execcoach currently works with a number of successful entrepreneurs offering business coaching, mentoring and training. We are therefore extremely pleased to establish a joint venture with The Torch Fund an investment fund set-up to provide seed capital for start-up and recently established businesses.

Execcoach will work closely with the Investors, sit on the selection panel and provide on-going coaching and mentoring to the chosen businesses post-investment.

A report out this week has shown that over 80% of the FTSE 500 Companies are now using business coaches or are seriously considering doing so, clearly demonstrating that the benefits of business coaching are widely recognised. The report goes on to highlight that companies investing in executive and business coaching have seen a Return on Investment of over 500%.
