We work on a one-to-one basis with business owners and senior managers. Sometimes we work with just one person within a company. At other times it can be very effective for our coaches to work with each member of a team.
Using a number of different coaching models, we address the factors behind each person’s individual situation and behaviours. These factors include knowledge, attitudes, beliefs, prior experience and personality. We help you to understand yourself and to develop new and positive behaviours that will take you closer to your goals.
We provide both change-oriented (aimed at behavioural change and skill development) and growth-oriented (aimed at sharpening performance) coaching, as appropriate for each person and circumstance.
